Only God can fix it.
Matthew chapter 6 verses 31-34.
Jesus told them, "Do not worry at all about having enough food and clothing. Why be like the heathen? For they take pride in all these things and are deeply concerned about them. But your heavenly Father already knows perfectly well that you need them, and He will give them to you if you give Him first place in your life and live as He wants you to. So do not be anxious about tomorrow, God will take care of your tomorrow too. Live one day at a time."
What does peace of mind look like to you?
Is it solving your problems? Is it knowing what the next steps are going to be? Is it feeling in control of what is coming, as much as you can?
Our lives are filled with circumstances that make us think and solve. It can be exhausting at times. Always working so hard to please yourself and those around you. It would be nice if once a problem was solved that would be the end of it, but that is not the case. Our lives are one circumstance after another. Right from our earliest youth to the final days of our lives, we are faced with something that has to be dealt with.
So how do we do it? Do we use wisdom and common sense? Does frustration and anger come into your life? Do you say things that are offensive? Are you grateful when things go smooth, just as you hoped they would? Are you happy when finances are in line, when your spouse and children are happy? Do you find peace and relaxation in that moment of time you have set aside?
God knows what we go through. Jesus is God's gift to us so that we may find His peace and eternal love. The Holy Spirit is our reasoning that forgives, loves, works hard and express's our thankfulness to Jesus for God's love in us.
1 Timothy chapter 4 says, "We work hard and suffer much in order that people will believe it, for our hope is in the living God who died for all, and particularly for those who have accepted His salvation. Put your God given abilities to work; throw yourself into your tasks so that everyone may notice your improvement and progress. Keep a close watch on all you do and think. Stay true to what is right and God will bless you and use you to help others."
When you see what God does in your life, then others will notice your smile and the energetic joy you have for working hard. It all starts with your morning praise to God, then a time of learning from Him and the prayers of thanksgiving and gratitude.
Galatians chapter 6 says, "If you plant the good things of the Spirit, you will reap the everlasting life which the Holy Spirit gives. And let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we do not get discouraged and give up."
You do not get much done by sitting on a computer. You may get done something in a short time but getting up and working hard to have a good life that helps others enjoy life also keeps our joy in line with our peace.
Try as hard as you want to do things as you think they should be done. When you are worn down and tired of always working so hard to find answers, when your mind is weary from constant problem solving, then maybe you will think of God and ask Him for His help. It will be then that you will see the power of God help you and relieve you of all those heavy burdens.
In Matthew chapter 11, Jesus says, "For I am gentle and humble, and you shall find rest for your souls; for I give you only light burdens."
Thank you Father for Jesus. Thank You for our place where we can trust that You are always with us in everything we do. 😊

Jesus tells us, "I am leaving you with a gift---peace of mind and heart! And the peace I give is not fragile like the peace the world gives. So do not be troubled or afraid."
John chapter 16 verse 33.
Jesus said, "I have told you this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up, for I have overcome the world."
