Determination.

The truth takes away all doubt. Be determined to know Jesus and you will find the truth.

Proverbs chapter 4 verse 7.
Determination to be wise is the first step toward becoming wise.

What is wisdom?
Our education system is there to provide all the wisdom needed for any situation you may encounter.  For thousands of years wisdom has been passed from one generation to the next. People are inspired with ideas to create and through creation wisdom is developed.
No matter how much wisdom we have, our emotions can cause us to do stupid things, that in turn distract us from seeking the wisdom we need. Is it frustration that got in the way? Or was it jealousy? Maybe it was envy or just the loss of interest.
In order to obtain wisdom and use it to it's best potential we need to trust others and rely upon those who are in leadership. Being stubborn will get you nowhere, being humble and ready to help will show your knowledge to others as they look to you for advice.
In Isaiah chapter 42 verses 1-3, God, speaking through Isaiah the prophet said; "See My servant, whom I uphold, My chosen one, whom I delight. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will reveal justice to the nations of the world. He will be gentle---He will not shout nor quarrel in the streets. He will not break the bruised reed, nor quench the dimly burning flame. He will encourage the fainthearted, those tempted to despair. "
God is proud of Jesus and stands along side Him to see that His goals are met. In Mark chapter 10 Jesus told the disciples, "For even I, the Messiah, am not here to be served, but to help others, and give My life as a ransom for many."
When I first began to seek God for help in my life, I found it hard to accept that I was the problem and not others. I had gained the wisdom of my trade but I never knew how to properly share it. I thought I was better because of what I knew. I was wrong! It takes discipline and determination to achieve a goal. How badly do you want to have a life of peace?
There are many paths upon which people take in order to make sense of their lives, but God offers us Jesus and the path of righteousness. In Matthew chapter 7 verses 13 and 14 Jesus tells them, "Heaven can only be entered through the narrow gate! The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide enough for all the multitudes who choose its easy way. But the Gateway to Life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it."
Living as you see fit, the way you chose to, means always adjusting and looking over your shoulder to see who is trying to take what you have. You work harder to hold on to what you have achieved. It can be exhausting, always wanting more, always trying to break free from addictions and maintain a status of fitting in, being wanted and someone people respect.
In order to have something, you need to focus on it and move towards getting it. Its not going to come to you unless you reach out to get it. We have lived in that scenario our whole lives. As you got older you had to make a choice as to what would be your place in this world. We learn from others the trade of our life.
In order for me to have God in my life, I chose to seek Him out. Little did I know that He already knew my plan of coming to Him, and when I did, He sent Jesus into my life. You need to be sure of the path and determined to see it through. Life is much more than your day to day routines. God wants you to know that and Jesus will be with you every step of the way.
Thank You Father for Jesus. Thank You for being the choice we have. We tried it on our own and it became a mess. With Your direction we know the path in which we walk. 😊

Proverbs chapter 3 verses 19-26.
The Lord's wisdom founded the earth; His understanding established all the universe and space. The deep fountains of the earth were broken open by His knowledge, and the skies poured down rain. Have two goals: wisdom---that is, knowing and doing right---and common sense. Do not let them slip away, for they fill you with living energy, and are a feather in your cap. They keep you safe from defeat and disaster and from stumbling off the trail. With them on guard you can sleep without fear; you need not be afraid of disaster or the plots of wicked men, for the Lord is with you; He protects you.

Ephesians chapter 4 verses 13-15.
Until finally we all believe alike about our salvation and about our Savior, God's Son, and all become full-grown in the Lord---yes, to the point of being filled full with Christ.  Then we will no longer be like children, forever changing our minds about what we believe because someone has told us something different, or has cleverly lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth. Instead, we will lovingly follow the truth at all times---speaking truly, dealing truly, living truly---and so become more and more in every way like Christ.

Hebrews chapter 6 verses 16-18.
When a man takes an oath, he is calling upon someone greater than himself to force him to do what he promised, or to punish him if he later refuses to do it; the oath ends all argument about it. God also bound Himself with an oath, so that those He promised to help would be perfectly sure and never need to wonder whether He might change His plans. He has given us both His promise and His oath, two things we can completely count on, for it is impossible for God to tell a lie. Now all those who flee to Him to save them can take new courage when they hear such assurances from God; now they can know without doubt that He will give them the salvation He has promised them.
