The drama!

What a peaceful scene. With all that can clog our thoughts, God never changes.

Numbers chapter 11 verses 10-15.
Moses said to the Lord, "Why pick on me, to give me the burden of a people like this? Are they my children? Am I their father? Is that why you have given me the job of nursing them along like babies until we get to the land You promised their ancestors? Where am I supposed to get meat for all these people? For they weep to me saying, 'Give us meat!' I can't carry this nation by myself! The load is far too heavy! If you are going to treat me like this, please kill me right now; it will be a kindness! Let me out of this impossible situation!"

We want so bad to live a peaceful life where we are not bombarded with drama and financial woes. Most people live surrounded by whiners and complainers. Even Christians complain about stuff. It is so hard to believe that God can take care of all your provisions, when you are the one who has to go out and do the work in order to have the income to provide for yourself the necessities of life. And while doing that you are surrounded by others who complain or brag about their lives.
Are you going to be the one who tells them that all you need to do is trust in God? It's crazy because all around us is one blessing after another. God is filled with love and forgiveness, yet you are naïve to His touch upon your life and therefore are left vulnerable to your own thoughts.
The biggest gift of all time, is Jesus. He came, sent by God, to once and for all make it possible for anyone to set themselves free from worries and concerns and trust in God to be their heavenly Father. It is through trusting in Him that you will see His provision, leaving you in a place of thanksgiving instead of frustration.
Instead of letting the little things gnaw at you, wearing you down, controlling your every thought. Try talking to God and asking Him to show you what He has in mind. In Galatians chapter 5 we are told that because of our love for Jesus, God fills us with His Holy Spirit. Verses 22 and 23 say; "But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives He will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."
We already have enough to deal with daily. Somedays it's hard to find peace. Even if we escape to a quiet place, our minds don't stop thinking, tweaking and seeking possible outcomes. God tells us that we are to let Him have all our worries, but that can be difficult when we are not letting Him in.
In Revelation chapter 3 verse 20, Jesus says; "Look! I have been standing at the door and I am constantly knocking. If anyone hears Me calling him and opens the door, I will come in and fellowship with him and he with Me." To those who have come to the place where they have decided to pray to God, they are hoping for Him to hear their prayers.
It's a relief to unload all your worries and concerns onto Him. You would think that by unloading your baggage onto someone they would not want to take any of it. But that is not the case with God. He wants to help and by doing so gain your trust and eventually amaze you with His love.
It is only those who truly love us that put up with the grief we put out. When single we hear those who have someone in their lives say; "there is someone out there for you and you will know it just as we did when we met" Having opinions and discussing them through is the way to come to a mutual understanding.
It is those, who we are attracted to, that make the best friends and partners. There is something to be said about being comfortable enough to discuss your feelings concerns and worries. Most of us harbor our inner most thoughts though and that is ok.
Maybe that is why God is unseen, so that we can come to Him in prayer and not feel judged or put on the spot. Jesus talked with God about everything and He encourages us to do the same. In John chapter 14 Jesus says; "Ask for anything using My name and I will do it, for this will bring praise to the Father because of what I, the Son, will do for you. Yes, ask anything using My name, and I will do it."
The drama lies in the worries, anxieties, and concerns that we have. It's in the way we judge others and our expectations of what they should be like. God wants you to live in His presence, letting Him
be the one who guides us so that He is praised by us for His amazing blessings.
By bringing yourself to Him, You are letting Him love you the way you should be loved and that same love will show as you reflect what God does in you.
Thank You Father for Jesus. So many concerns. Our clouded thoughts are cleared by You. 😊
