The Lion and the Lamb!

The power of God is all around us. Walk through it peacefully.

John chapter 1 verses 29 and 30.
The next day John saw Jesus coming towards him and said, "Look! There is the Lamb of God who takes away the world's sin! He is the one I was talking about when I said , soon a man far greater than I am is coming, who existed long before me!"

The Lion is seen as powerful and strong. The Lamb is seen as comfort, and peaceful.
Is your life in need of some powerful guidance? Are you happy and content?
Are you afraid of being alone and not being loved? It is so hard to find and hold onto happiness. Being at peace is deception at it's best. To those who are irresponsible they live under a mound of debt. They do not care where the money comes from so that they can get that next piece of happiness, they just buy it and try to brush it aside later.
Happiness is not found in those who will hassle you to pay back what you owe. A wise person is someone who waits patiently and saves for their future. Spontaneous purchasing based on the worry of missing out will forever haunt you. God knows your worries and concerns and He will provide if you trust in Him.
That does not mean He is going to fix your debt caused by foolishly spending more than you have. He will provide if you show that you are listening to Him and trusting in Him in all you do. God is about love and building relationships so that others may find Him, just as you have.
You are not going to get what you always want. You cannot have what you want and God too. You have to change your ways. That is what God is about. He is about you living in His presence and not about the stuff this world lures you with.
Jesus is the Lion because He knows God has His back. He walks in peace, content with everything because God is there with Him. He is seen as the Lamb because He is always ready to share God and show people a better way of living.
Being anxious, restless and guarded all the time is not the way God wants you to live. Yet that is the way most people live and to let go of that and trust in God for all your decisions can seem reckless. You need to ask who you think God is? Is He someone who is just available to you when you need Him? or is He the almighty, all powerful, Creator of you and this life you have.
The Lion, the one who is strong and steady and never falters from His promises wants to have a relationship with you. If you do not care about Him, then why do you think He should care about you? How would it feel to you if you called out to God and He was not there? You know He should be and troubles are all around you, building and becoming more than you can handle. He is there! You have pushed Him aside in order to get things done the way you think they should be.
God knows what you need and want. He wants to be first place in your life. He wants your undivided attention and focus to be on Him. 1 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 30 says; "For it is from God alone that you have your life through Christ Jesus. He showed us God's plan of salvation; He is the one who made us acceptable to God; He made us pure and holy and gave Himself to purchase our salvation."
Live your life as you think you should. Just remember God is there and through Jesus you can have an amazing life of peace and happiness. Psalms chapter 139 verse 16 says; "You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in Your Book!" And Psalms chapter 37 verse 16 says; "It is better to have little and be Godly than to own an evil man's wealth; for the strength of evil men shall be broken, but the Lord takes care of those He has forgiven."
Thank You Father for Jesus. Thank You for the way out of this mess and into a life that is gratifying and joyful. 😊

Romans chapter 11 verse 36.
For everything comes from God alone. Everything lives by His power, and everything is for His glory. To Him be glory evermore.

Colossians chapter 3 verse 11.
In this new life one's nationality or race or education or social position is unimportant; such things mean nothing. Whether a person has Christ is what matters, and he is equally available to all.

Revelations chapter 5 verses 5 and 6.
But one of the twenty-four Elders said to me, "Stop crying, for look! The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, and proved Himself worthy to open the scroll and to break its seven seals."
I looked and saw a Lamb standing there before the twenty-four Elders, in front of the throne and the Living Beings, and on the Lamb were wounds that once had caused His death.
