Love

The day is ahead of us. God is there to walk with you, just as He did with Jesus.

2 Corinthians chapter 6 verses 8-10.
We stand true to the Lord whether others honor us or despise us, whether they criticize us or commend us. We are honest, but they call us liars. The world ignores us, but we are known to God; we live close to death, but here we are, still very much alive. We have been injured but kept from death. Our hearts ache, but at the same time we have the joy of the Lord. We are poor, but we give rich spiritual gifts to others. We own nothing, yet we enjoy everything.

God is our home, our place of refuge. As children of God, we know where to turn when troubles come. Just like everyone else, we pay bills and have to deal with relationships. Our joy is in knowing that we are God's children and that He is with us.
1 Corinthians chapter 10 talks about getting along with the world so that others will see God in us and maybe someone will be saved, as we have been. Verse 26 says, "For the earth and every good thing in it belongs to the Lord and is yours to enjoy."
Not everyone is going to agree with believing in God and who Lord Jesus is. Don't get angry with them and don't play into their insults and responses. If they do not want to hear about God and that His love extends to them also, then get to know them and encourage them in the things they like. Remember you once did not want to hear about God either.
What is it that you are looking for? Maybe you found happiness in a relationship that did not last. You wish it could have continued, you did enjoy yourself, but the circumstances were not right. You know what you want but it is hard to find. No one is perfect and each one of us have to adjust ourselves in order to get along.
You can keep on looking and hoping that what you get will give you all that you have hoped for or you can give a little bit and get to know others for who they are. Love is a tricky game. God wants us to love Him so that He can love us back. His type of love is forever, it is unchanging, it never falters and is always loyal.
Emotions and expectations make us stubborn and hard to get along with. People are generally good and want to help one another, and maybe through helping we can find what we are looking for. God wants you to be happy, no matter what your situations are. By trusting in Him, you are willing to let Him take over and provide for you the best life you could ever have. Are you ready to do that?
Christians love Jesus and all that God does for them. He is a never ending joy in the midst of trials and temptations. Reading the bible and seeking His help in prayer is needed daily. The life you had before God is not going to stop tugging and pulling at your thoughts, but by talking to God and by reading His word you will be prepared for living a life of love and happiness.
Does it matter who you are and what circumstances surround your life? No it does not matter! Each of us have lives that are influenced by those who are around us. People are demanding and filled with expectations and we work hard to meet them the best we can. It makes us the best we can be and gives us a sense of accomplishment. The problem is others and their want to succeed, they are stepping on your toes as they try to take the credit or maybe it is you getting in their way.
With God, we do not care if someone is better than us or not. The thing is we set goals and God provides the wisdom, knowledge and understanding because we are trusting Him with thankful hearts. A good example of worry and overwhelming anxiety is not getting what we so strongly believed was right for us. Our dreams were dashed causing what could be a major set back, loss of energy and the will to try again.
God knows more than we could ever understand. It is by His provision and love for us that no matter what the circumstances are we do not lose faith in Him. He has done nothing but take care of those who love Him, so if your dreams of what you thought the turn out should be are dashed then maybe it is because God see's better things for you.
It is not easy to take what has happened and to thank God for taking care of you. But it is your love for Him and your gratitude for what you have that He will give you more than you expected.
Thank You Father for Jesus. Thank You for forgiveness and the joy of watching Jesus work Your love through our lives. 😊

Isaiah chapter 53 verse 1and 2.
But, Oh, How few believe it! Who will listen? To whom will God reveal His saving power? In God's eyes He was like a tender green shoot, sprouting from a root in dry and sterile ground. But in our eyes there was no attractiveness at all, nothing to make us want Him.

Hebrews chapter 12 verses 12-14.
So take a new grip with your tired hands, stand firm on your shaky legs, and mark out a straight, smooth path for your feet so that those who follow you, though weak and lame, will not fall and hurt themselves, but become strong. Try to stay out of quarrels and seek to live a clean and holy life, for one who is not holy will not see the Lord.

1 John chapter 4 verses 9 and 10.
God showed us how much He loved us by sending His only Son into this wicked world to bring us eternal life through His death. In this act we see what real love is; it is not our love for God, but His love for us when He sent His Son to satisfy God's anger against our sins.

2 Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14.
Then if My people will humble themselves and pray, and search for Me, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear them from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land.

1 Kings chapter 8 verses 41and 42.
When foreigners hear of Your great name and come from distant lands to worship You (for they shall hear of Your great name and mighty miracles) and pray towards this Temple, hear them from heaven and answer their prayers.
