Win the Battles

Before you lies the beauty of God's creations. You may not see it at first but Jesus can show you something that you never saw before.

Judges chapter 7 verse 15.
When Gideon heard the dream and the interpretation, all he could do was just stand there worshiping God! Then he returned to his men and shouted, "Get up! for the Lord is going to use you to conquer all the vast armies of Midian!"

How many battles are you fighting? Does it seem like such a struggle just to maintain a moment of peace without having a battle to get it? Don't you hate temptation and desire?
Yet they make us do things that cause us grief. They draw you in with the lure of happiness and then they present their true colors with disappointment. For example you have an idea and so you think about it, trying to find an answer. You decide the best route to take, certain that you are headed in the right direction, only to find out that what you did was not right at all.
We call that hit and miss. We may have learned from our mistake and will not make the same error twice. Spontaneous purchasing often leads us to getting something that does not fit. Your intention was good but now you are stuck with something you do not have any need for. Trusting in people can often lead to disappointment and unneeded stress.
It is a part of life that we cannot avoid. Temptation and desire may cause us grief but they also cause us to become stronger through awareness. You become cautious and guarded trying to see the outcome before taking any steps. Past experiences are good at making quick decisions and avoiding potential mistakes.
It would be nice if we never had any issues at all, but that is dreaming. They do exist and they do need to be dealt with. The more we avoid them the larger the pile becomes and the feelings of being overwhelmed. God knows the struggles we go through daily and that is why He wants our attention. He has offered His Son as your way out.
So when you are ready, talk to Him and see what He is all about. You probably have already experienced Him in someway or another. It could have been that swerve of the car that saved you from a terrible accident, or the good that came from helping someone, maybe it was the little extra that was available because you faithfully paid your bills or maybe God had His hand in helping you with the gift you made, that turned out perfectly.
God is in everything and He is seen in all we see and all we do. Our battles are real and they can cause us to be tired and worn out. Leaving us frustrated and confused. As we age we quickly realize that the battles never stop coming. Just as one battle is overcome, another comes along. Instead of letting the battle play havoc with your thoughts, it is best to get up and do something. Give yourself the needed time to rejuvenate and form a plan of action.
You have a choice and you do not have to face your battles alone. God is real and He is ready and willing to help you in all your concerns. Jesus did things that left people standing in awe, wondering how could that have happened. God can do the same with your life. You may not think there is a chance, you may have exhausted every possibility of hope and there is no where else to turn.
Try talking with God and getting to know Jesus. Have no doubts. You have tried all you can do, and you are fed up. You only have one plan of action left. You do not know if God can help, but you do know that He has made a promise to help if you seek Him out. All of your actions up to now have been hit or miss. Your battles keep coming and you are trying so hard to have peace. The peace you seek is in Jesus.
Happiness is found in your feeling good about something. It makes you smile, and laugh tears of joy. It leaves you standing dumbfounded and filled with curiosity. Happiness clears your mind of concerns and worry. Jesus can bring that to you. You can see the beauty that lies outside the clouded mess of haze. You are only here for a short time, why not enjoy what God has given to all people. Jesus can show you and the battle will become small and quickly overcome, so that you are left knowing it was God who was with you. Thankful, joyful and happy, you are ready to face the battles as they come.
Thank You Father for Jesus and the armor you provide for our protection and a life of winning.😊

Ephesians chapter 6 verses 10 and 11.
Last of all I want to remind you that your strength must come from the Lord's mighty power within you. Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand safe against all strategies and tricks of Satan.

Psalms chapter 121 verses 1-8.
Shall I look to the mountain god's for help? No! My help is from Jehovah who made the mountains! And the heavens too! He will never let me stumble, slip or fall. For He is always watching, never sleeping. Jehovah Himself is caring for you! He is your defender. He protects you day and night. He keeps you from all evil, and preserves your life. He keeps His eye upon you as you come and go, and always guards you.

Deuteronomy chapter 26 verse 16.
You must wholeheartedly obey all of theses commandments and ordinances which the Lord your God is giving you today. You have declared today that He is your God, and you have promised to obey and keep His laws and ordinances, and to heed all He tells you to do.
