The Light of life.

It is through His word that you will see the Light of Jesus and be filled with that same glorious light.

Psalms chapter 86 verses 11-13.
Tell me where you want me to go and I will go there. May every fiber of my being unite in reverence to Your name. With all my heart I will praise You, I will give glory to Your name forever, for You love me so much! You are constantly so kind! You have rescued me from deepest hell.

As we age we are faced with the ending. All our riches and all our stuff cannot stop what is coming. All you can do is stand by and watch it happen to others, all the while knowing it is coming to you also.
Aging opens our eyes to the truth of how important it is to value each moment. You may find yourself in a pickle from addictions, but with hard work and a lot of suffering you can overcome what has a hold on you. You have to go through pain in order to see gain. There are no two ways about it. There is only one route to take.
You can call that path anything you like, but the bottom line is it is Jesus. Calling it by any other name will leave you open to further temptations, but by calling upon Jesus you set yourself on a track of amazing miracles.
The timing of all that happens is in God's hands. You are missing out on a wonderful peace and a beautiful life by not seeing the Light that makes each day worthwhile. There is comfort in knowing that you can speak to God and live in His presence. He is always there to protect you and give you the wisdom, knowledge and understanding that is needed to keep you at peace. And you will know, that what happens to you can only come as result of God, because of Jesus.
It is knowing that all things are from God and that all things can come from God if you ask Him. That is the light that you can live in. It is the Light of Jesus. Jesus is filled with worshiping and loving God and He invites you to do the same. The bible tells us that it is beyond all that we could ever imagine or hope for.
Loved ones will suffer. Death will happen. Sadness will come. God is greater than any of those and wants to care for you. He wants to be your Father who is there with you in all your adventures and heartaches. When you start your day by talking to your heavenly Father, you are seeing Him for who He is and trusting in Him to guide you and protect you.
From the happiness of success to the toughest of times, He is there with you. And you will experience His wonderful plan for you. Even with all that God is and with all your devotion to hold close to Him, you will face trials. Trials that will test your faith and even make you falter. It is only by holding closely to believing that Jesus, who went through worse times than you could ever face and that He held onto every promise of God to save Him and that those same promises are for you also, will you see the astonishing outcome of God's love for you.
Jesus' happiness was in telling others how amazing God is and that He wants everyone to know God as He does. As a believer in Christ, your happiness is in serving God as Jesus did. You can't help but want to talk about Jesus, because God is a never ending blessing upon your life, just as He was with Jesus. And you know, that you were no one special and yet, the only possible way for you to have gotten through the troubles, the heartaches and sufferings was because of God's love through Jesus. So your smile, your happiness, stand out as God's Light in this world.
You may be afraid at times, fearing the unknown, but you move forward in prayer, holding onto Jesus and whatever the outcome will be. You do not go blindly, you listen and experience the knowledge, the wisdom and the understanding of God. You talk to Him seeking His guidance and the Light of Jesus that is way stronger than our worries or concerns. It is your place of refuge, even in the toughest of times.
You are not meant to just sit and expect God to care for you. You are to move forward, facing your issues and do it by putting God first, believing that every moment of your life is a gift from Him. He is the one in control, not you and you trust in Him to bless you with His presence. And oh, how thankful you are. That His Light is living in you, forever.
Thank you Father for Jesus. It is only because of Jesus that everyone can see You and the beauty of life. 😊

Matthew chapter 5 verses 13-16.
Jesus told everyone, "You are the worlds seasoning, to make it tolerable. If you lose your flavor, what will happen to the world? And you yourselves will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the worlds light---a city on a hill, glowing in the night for all to see. Do not hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father."

John chapter 12 verses 35 and 36.
Jesus replied, "My light will shine out for you just a little while longer. Walk in it while you can, and go where you want to go before the darkness falls, for then it will be too late to find your way. Make use of the Light while there is still time; then you will become light bearers."

Galatians chapter 2 verse 19.
For it was through reading the Scripture that I came to realize that I could never find God's favor by trying---and failing---to obey the laws (of others). I came to realize that acceptance with God comes by believing in Christ.

2 Timothy chapter 1 verses 7 and 8
For the Holy Spirit, God's gift, does not want you to be afraid of people, but to be wise and strong, and to love them, and enjoy being with them. if you stir up that inner power, you will never be afraid to tell others about our Lord.

John chapter 16 verses 12-14.
Jesus told them; "Oh, there is so much more I want to tell you, but you cannot understand it now. When the Holy Spirit, who is truth, comes, He shall guide you into all truth, for He will not be presenting His own ideas, but will be passing on to you what He has heard. He will tell you about the future. He shall praise Me and bring Me great honor by showing you My glory."

Ezekiel chapter 28 verses 15 and 16.
You were perfect in all you did from the day you were created until that time when wrong was found in you. Your great wealth filled you with internal turmoil and you sinned.

Proverbs chapter 1 verse 33.
But all who listen to Me shall live in peace and safety, unafraid.
