What do you see?

Everyone has their own problems and ways of looking at life. Jesus can show you the beauty of God's love.

Psalms chapter 19 verse 1-3.
The heavens are telling the glory of God; they are a marvelous display of His craftmanship. Day and night they keep on telling about God. Without a sound or word, silent in the skies, their message reaches out to all the world.

What is your job? Are you a housewife, a policeman, maybe a secretary or a factory worker. Maybe you work in retail, or get up early to prepare the bakery. Maybe you are a farmer and your day is filled with maintaining crops and livestock.
Whatever it is you do; it is the life that you are used to and have to deal with each day. You take care of yourself and interact with others. There may be the occasional exchange of harsh words and pumped up authority. But mainly you go about your day, washing the sleep from the eyes, having a coffee, and making your way to your place of work.
Maybe you are married with children. Maybe you are single and looking. Everyone of us love to interact socially; whether it be at a pub or some sort of sporting event. Maybe you like to jog or go for nice walks taking in your favorite surroundings. Downtime is important too. It helps us rejuvenate and ponder new ideas.
We all like to know what the weather is going to be like. It is a great conversation piece. Is it going to snow or will there be sunshine? Is it going to rain or will there be drought? We watch the skies and read the clouds and plan our day accordingly. But have you ever taken a moment to sit and listen? What is it you hear? Do you ever pay attention to the changing forests and the animals that call it home?
When on vacation, do you enjoy the amazing sights of valleys and rolling hills. Lakes and oceans are such a draw to the senses. Climbing high up the mountains provides us with breathtaking views that are forever etched in our memories and become future stories of adventure.
Now take a moment and realize that all of this; Your job, your recreation time, and your vacation memories are all given, for you to enjoy, by God. Now, maybe when you look to the skies, you will see the beauty of God unfolding. When you walk or jog you will notice the things around you; the people and the buildings, the cars and boats, the river and the trees. These are not things to be missed, for God has placed them there for you.
When you do notice, it brings a overwhelming sense of joy and peace. You will wonder how you could have ever missed such wonderful insight. Every part of your way of living and even the thoughts that you have will become new and different. You will question some of the new ways, but it is the clarity of what you are experiencing that is helping you see and focus on something you don't understand but are drawn to.
You are curious because you are seeking new and exciting opportunities. You have taken a moment to say thank you to God for revealing His world to you. And He is showing you how much He wants to love you. You are no longer just going about your day, doing what ever it is you do, the never ending same old stuff, that gets repeated all over again the next day. There is now a hiccup, a spring in your step, a curiosity that stirs excitement.
It could be some words that you speak, that are just the right words needed, to make you wonder where did they come from? You would never have thought that way before but those spoken words did come from you and blew you and the receivers of them away.
So you try something completely different, you speak to God about your worries and concerns. You think maybe, just maybe He will....Oh, you don't know what you are thinking but maybe, just maybe if I ask He will..... And that is when you see strength you never thought possible. You can see through your worries, you see a way to go. Your energy level increases. You have a desire to see God in your life.
You used to see no one but yourself but now you are seeing all that God is and the wonderful love of Jesus.
Thank you Father for Jesus and allowing people to see You in all Your glory. 😊

1 John chapter 3 verse 1.
See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for He allows us to be called His children---think of it---and we really are! But since most people do not know God, naturally the do not understand.

Proverbs chapter 9 verse 10.
For the reverence and fear of God are basic to all wisdom. Knowing God results in every kind of understanding.

Psalms chapter 19 verses 12-14.
How can I ever know what sins are lurking in my heart? Cleanse me from these hidden faults. And keep me from deliberate wrongs; help me to stop doing them. Only then can I be free of guilt and innocent of some great crime. May my spoken words and unspoken thoughts be pleasing to You, O Lord my Rock and my Redeemer.

Jeremiah chapter 15 verses 19-21.
The Lord replied: "Stop this foolishness and talk some sense! Only if you return to trusting Me will I let you continue as My spokesman. You are to influence them, not let them influence you! They will fight against you like a besieging army against a high city wall. But they will not conquer you for I am with you to protect and deliver you, says the Lord. Yes, I will certainly deliver you from these wicked men and rescue you from their ruthless hands."
