To see, to hear, to understand.

Are you living faded or do you see and understand clearly God's world and the opportunity through Jesus?

 Psalms chapter 119 verse 18.
Open my eyes to see wonderful things in Your Word.

Jesus is the Word!
It is through words that we learn. We seek them and they help us find the answers. However even when we look for the answers to help us, we often struggle with looking in the right places. It is usually hit and miss as to getting the right direction we need for our particular problem. Often we have to keep searching because we are not asking the right questions. It can be time consuming and get frustrating.
It is common to live by the seat of your pants. Meaning, we never seek the direction we need but take on the issues as they come hoping that our response is right and enough to get us by. That does not always work and in most cases can lead us in the wrong direction, making mistakes.
So, it is best to look at your situation, come up with some sort of plan and then be open to adjusting your plans as they unfold. Past experience also has impact upon our plan of attack. Experience can tell us whether we have the right answers or if we need to seek others direction. All of this is following our own instincts and dealing with the outcome as it happens.
Jesus tells us to seek God's direction. He gives us patience. The same patience He has when it comes to people ignoring Him and following their own inclinations. God is so happy when someone seeks His help and then realizes it was Him who gave them the direction they needed. With thankful hearts they give Him the praise as they continue to trust in Him.
The answers we seek do not always come quickly. God is not a quick fix. He is to be trusted and counted on in all your life's steps. He wants your loyalty. He wants you to be so convinced of His presence and His help upon your life that you are willing to talk about Him with others.
You were unaware of His power and influence, but now your eyes have been opened to see and it is having that knowledge that has prepared us to let others know of our experiences. God protects you and is there to guide you away from making mistakes. We still tend to follow our own ideas creating a lot of extra unnecessary work, but if we call upon God for His wisdom and His direction before we start our day, if we call upon Him when a challenge arises, if we are already giving Him praise for the air we are breathing and the joy of living in His presence, then it is easy to talk to Him expecting His help.
It was through Jesus that our salvation happened. Our eyes were opened to the fact of God's presence and His love for each of us. Jesus has heard our prayers and has brought us home. With God we can find peace and comfort. Troubles will always be there but now we have direction and know with confidence where to look for the direction we need.
Thank You Father for Jesus, for without Jesus we would not have the opportunity to know Your plan of salvation for all of us. We see because we believe in Jesus and understand our place in life with You. 😊

1 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 7.
We know these things are true by believing, not by seeing.

2 Kings chapter 6 verses 16 and 17.
"Don't be afraid!" Elisha told him. "For our army is bigger than theirs!"
Then Elisha prayed, "Lord, open his eyes and let him see!"

Ephesians chapter 5 verse 20.
Always give thanks for everything to our God and Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew chapter 13 verses 14-16.
Jesus told them the prophecy of Isaiah; "They hear, but do not understand; they look, but do not see! For their hearts are fat and heavy, and their ears are dull, and they have closed their eyes in sleep, so they won't see and hear and understand and turn to God again, and let Me heal them."

2 Timothy chapter 2 verse 7.
Take these three illustrations, and may the Lord help you to understand how they apply to you. 1) Take your share of suffering and do not let yourself get tied up in worldly affairs, just as soldier of Jesus Christ should. 2) Follow the Lords rules for doing His work just as an athlete either follows the rules or is disqualified and wins no prize. 3) Work hard like a farmer who gets paid well if he raises a large crop.
