Ascension

Philippians chapter 2 verses 9-11.
"Yet it was because of this that God raised Him up to the heights of heaven and gave Him a name which is above every other name, that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Everyday we rise up from our nights sleep. Everyday we step up to do the tasks required to survive. We may even take the initiative to learn above the task required in order to better our lives. Do you know who Jesus is?
The story of Jesus is far more than a person can accept. Yet it is a true story of love and eternal life. Jesus was an everyday person whom was the child of Mary and Joseph. The difference between Jesus and ourselves is that Jesus is God's Son, and He is a gift to the world, through Mary.
Jesus only means something to those whom want to know Him. It is the curiosity of salvation and the promises of God that leads people to seek out Jesus. Everyday life can be hard to deal with. It can be humdrum leaving people bored and restless. If we have enough money than we can fill our time with one thing after another. Your energy level is based on how much you want to do something.
Even if we keep ourselves busy, does that allow us the right amount of time to know peace? Jesus prayed all the time. He lived in the presence of God. Not a moment of His life was without God. God watched over Him and guided Him. God protected Him and was with Him even in the most terrible of times.
Is your life clouded by sadness and boredom? It would be nice if we never had any problems to deal with, but that is not reality. There are physical and emotional challenges to be dealt with. And to top it all off we have attitude nagging at us. Jesus dealt with those very same things that we have to deal with. People wanting to be healed. People challenging Him with their doubts. People made accusations and when the time was right they persecuted Him.
It was Jesus who stepped up to the plate when it was time for His ministry to begin. Even in His youth He knew His place was with God. Jesus never doubted God and His love for Him. Jesus knew He was the Lord and Son of God. Jesus was sent by God, so that you and I could know Him. That by believing He is God's Son, we would see our own place in God's family.
We are all children of God and no matter who we are, we do not have to be living in darkness. We can be lifted up from our worries and anxieties and live knowing that God is with us always. Just as God was with Jesus, He is also with us. And that is happiness and peace. Let go of struggling with your issues. Talk to God and get to know Jesus, you will find His love touch your heart.
Call upon Him to guide you, seek His protection and you will see the answers you need. You will be thankful to Him and you will be amazed, taking away any doubts you may have had about God being real.
Don't miss out any longer, begin now. Pick up the bible and get to know Jesus and God's love. Take on new challenges with the confidence of God being with you, as you seek His help. It is in seeing Him with you that you will praise Him and share Him with others. Jesus rose up and will return to get God's children. Rise up now and live in the presence of God now. Peace and joy are right there, ask Jesus to show you.
Thank you Father for Jesus and life with You. I called and You lifted me up. 😊

Psalms chapter 103 verses 1 and 2.
"I will bless the Holy name of God with all my heart. Yes, I will bless the Lord and not forget the glorious things He does for me."

Colossians chapter 4 verse 2.
"Don't be weary in prayer; keep at it; watch for God's answers and remember to be thankful when they come."

1 Peter chapter 1 verses 10-14.
"This salvation was something the prophets did not fully understand. Though they wrote about it, they had many questions as to what it all could mean. They wondered what the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about, for He told them to write down the events which, since then, have happened to Christ: His suffering, and His great glory afterwards. And they wondered when and to whom all this would happen. They were finally told that these things would not occur during their lifetime, but long years later, during yours. And now at last this Good News has been plainly announced to all of us. It was preached to us in the power of the same heaven-sent Holy Spirit who spoke to them; and it is all so strange and wonderful that even the angels in heaven would give a great deal to know more about it. So now you can look forward soberly and intelligently to more of God's kindness to you when Jesus Christ returns."

Matthew chapter 2 verse 11.
On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped Him.
