Ushered in.

2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 17.
"The Lord is the Spirit who gives them life, and where He is, there is freedom."

Imagine a theater where you are ushered into your seat and the one ushering you in is Jesus. You are not alone your for your spouse and your family are there to. It is a spectacular theater, where, as far as you can see, there are people.
You know this is going to be good. You have heard about this and are looking forward to what is coming. It was Jesus Himself who ushered you in. You can hear everyone talking, the words of excitement and anticipation. Then the darkness is replaced by light. You can hear the sounds coming from the crowds. The ooo's and the awe's, and the cheers as their expectations are fulfilled.
Everyone is touched in a different way. You feel so at home. You never would have thought that so many people would be here too. Some people are speaking, some are silent. Some are filled with questions and others seem to be a little confused. But one thing is certain, everyone wants to be here.
You have been brought before God. The sign on the outside of the building say's "All Are Welcome, All The Time" You leave smiling knowing that you can come here whenever you want. There is no admission cost and there seems to be a steady line of people coming and going. You smile and leave in peace and with thanksgiving.
You look and see troubles. You see the lost and the hurting. You see temptation and people following after their own desires. You try to tell the odd person about God and His never ending love. Some may listen and others reject you. You know that where you have been is the best place you have ever experienced.
You go back seeking God's guidance and the welcoming words of Jesus. You are reassured of what you first experienced and now years have gone by and that same reassurance is still there. You know that you are not alone. You know that everyday you face trials and temptations. You know that God will never leave you.
So, now you walk with Jesus, who brings you before God and leaves you protected with His Holy Spirit. It's not just a show but the reality of living in God's presence, all the time and forever. His light is the friendship and trust that you have been searching for.
You are holding tightly to the hand of Jesus as He leads you past the worries and over the temptations along the path that is brightly lit. You can see that the way is clear and is straight and welcoming. You slip, but He does not let you go. You stumble, but He gets you back on your feet quickly. You feel loved, confident and assured. You are at peace and know where you want to be always.
If you are feeling troubled, if you are feeling sad, if you feel alone, then pick up the bible and let Jesus take you into the word of God. To the place where all people are welcome, all the time.
Thank you Father for Jesus and where we have found our way to You through Your Son, our Savior. 😊

Psalms chapter 112 verses 2-5.
"His children shall be honored everywhere, for good men's sons have a special heritage. He himself shall be wealthy, and his righteousness endures forever. When darkness overtakes him, light will come bursting in. He is kind and merciful---and all goes well for the generous man who conducts his business fairly."

2 Timothy chapter 3 verses 16 and 17.
"Every Scripture was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us do what is right. It is God's way of making us well prepared at every point, fully equipped to do good to everyone."

John chapter 16 verse 33.
Jesus told them; "I will not be alone, for the Father is with Me. I have told you this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows, but cheer up, for I have overcome the world."

Psalms chapter 112 verses 6-8.
"God's children will not be overthrown by evil circumstances. God's constant care of him will make a deep impression on all who see it. He does not fear bad news, nor live in dread of what may happen. For he is settled in his mind that Jehovah will take care of him. That is why he is not afraid, but can calmly face his foes. He give generously to those in need. His deeds will never be forgotten. He shall have influence and honor."
