Proper Insight!

Psalms chapter 107 verse 17.
"Other's, the fools, were ill because of their sinful ways. Their appetites were gone and death was near."

I don't like to think of anyone being a fool. I would rather think that they just do not have the proper insight to make the right decisions. It is easy to follow the direction of others. We learn from what we see.
Mistakes get made and wisdom is gained to prevent the same mistake from happening again. Sometimes it takes several mistakes in order to find the right way to do something. That is called trial and error or hit and miss. There are many choices that life offers. One of the first we learn is that we need knowledge in order to make the right decision.
It does require work and can be painful. You may not always like what needs to be done, and that can lead to finding an escape route. Alcohol, and drugs can lead to a relaxed uncaring life where not much gets done and you become offended by others who are close to you. It is easy to follow that lifestyle because you answer to no one but yourself. and you do not care. All you want, is to get back to that place of relaxation as fast as you can. That way you are not accountable to anyone.
Greed can also make people follow after dreams of success and excitement. Only to find disappointment with finances or with relationships. Peace can only be found in self-satisfaction. And that can only come from God through Jesus. All other ways end in failure and frustration.
When God is your focus then there is no other place you want to be and that makes you so thankful for Jesus and the Holy Spirit. The world it filled with temptations, and that entices our desires, for more. God has taken all that away by giving you all that you need in Jesus. He is the one who provides, giving you a lifetime of contentment.
Do you remember the dark days of gloom, where you were in constant worry and distress? Well those days will never go away, but they can be replaced with trusting in God to calm you. He gives you the answers, so that you are at peace with your life and that leads to thankfulness. A happiness and joy of living in the light of Jesus.
All you need to do is let go of trying so hard to fight the troubles of your life and call upon Jesus for help. It is, as simple as that! Right in front of you is the answers to your problems, reach out and ask for the help you need.
What will happen will fill your eyes with tears of joy and a happiness as to what just happened and why did it happen to me. You know it is God and that He answered your prayers, you know that Jesus has taken you by the hand and is leading you. You are amazed and utterly blown away. All that you may have heard, is true. And each day just keeps getting better and better.
Thank you Father for Jesus and a lifetime of joy, where living with You is living in the Light filled with the wisdom and peace of your love.  😊

 Psalms chapter 139 verses 11 and 12.
"If I try to hide in the darkness, the night becomes light around me. For even darkness cannot hide from God; to You the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to You."

Psalms chapter 107 verse 43.
"Listen if you are wise, to what I am saying. Think about the loving kindness if the Lord!"

Proverbs chapter 2 verses 1-5.
"Every young man who listens to Me and obeys My instructions will be given wisdom and common sense."

Proverbs chapter 3 verses 21-23.
Have two goals: wisdom---that is, knowing and doing right---and common sense. Don't let them slip away, for they fill you with living energy, and are a feather in your cap. They keep you safe from defeat and disaster and from stumbling off the trail."
