Living in the Light!

1 Samuel chapter 17 verse 37.
"The Lord who saved me from the claws and teeth of the lion and the bear will save me from this Philistine!"

I was thinking about the story of David and Goliath and it led me to think about Abraham, Moses, Adam and Jesus. They all trusted and loved their life with God. So what made them have such amazing faith?
   They live in the light of God. It is not just a bright light but it is a place of life. A good example would be the Garden of Eden. That is the place where God walked with Adam and it is the same place where all people who live in the presence of God reside.
   Does that sound crazy or what? We all know that life with God is different from anything we could imagine life to be lived as. Jesus is God's way to help all people to have the opportunity to walk away from trusting in ones self to trusting in God and His promise to take care of you.
   You may think that those people mentioned above were chosen by God and therefore were blessed by Him. Well you are His chosen child also. There is no difference between you and anyone else. If you put God first in your life than He will bless you and take care of you.
   All you have to do is think about your life before God brought you to Jesus and you will see how much He loves you. Everyday we face lions and bears, our troubles are fought by trusting in God to watch over us and provide us with the knowledge, wisdom and understanding to make the right decisions. It is our success that makes us see and feel the joy of God's blessings.
   If you want to fight God and keep on walking the paths of hurt relationships and sadness brought on by failure and sickness then you will continue with trusting in yourself to have the answers to overcome and find that much sought after peace. Jesus is waiting for you to call out to Him. God is not rocket science or any special formulas that need to be followed, He is as simple as asking Him for His help and believing that you made the right decision when calling upon Him.
   Living in His light is the most wonderful place you will ever want to be. God is with you always. He is Jesus and the Holy Spirit who watches and cares for you. So, you are filled with joy and prepared with confidence knowing that the outcome of all things is in God's hands. And your heart explodes with happiness.
   Thank you Father for Jesus. Thank you for welcoming all who come to you with the same love and home that you have created for all people. 😊

Proverbs chapter 3 verses 7 and 8.
"Don't be conceited, sure of your own wisdom. Instead, trust and reverence the Lord, and turn your back on evil; when you do that, then you will be given renewed health and vitality."

Ecclesiastes chapter 2 verse 25.
"God gives those who please Him wisdom. knowledge, and joy."

John chapter 1 verses 1-5.
"Before anything else existed, there was Christ, with God. He has always been alive and is Himself God. He created everything there is---nothing exists that He did not make. Eternal life is in Him, and this life gives light to all mankind. His life is the light that shines through the darkness---and the darkness can never extinguish it."
