The Light!

1 Corinthians chapter 14 verse 24.
"If you prophesy, preaching God's word,(even though such preaching is mostly for believers) and an unsaved person or a new Christian comes in who does not understand about these things, all these sermons will convince him of the fact that he is a sinner, and his conscience will be pricked by everything he hears."

So, you are a believer, someone who believes that God is real and that Christ, His Son, has risen.
There are many reasons as to why you are now a believer and no longer an unsaved person. Maybe you became broken to the point where you believed that God was your only alternative to finding a peaceful life. Or maybe you grew up in a family of believers and have found your path as God's child.
You have been taught that you are no different than any other people. They just have not found their way to where you are. And you hope that they will. Maybe through your actions or through some words that you speak. All people want to find peace. We have become worn out by all the years of hard work and broken relationships. The death of loved ones, friends or acquaintances from your past, can leave people with unanswered questions.
Even if you do get through life with only a small amount of bitterness. You have enjoyed your job, your family and grandchildren, but now you are not sure of what is next. So, you hope for the best, whatever that may be.
Believers, have already made their peace with God and are looking forward to meeting Christ and their new life with Him. That is their assurance of their future, and they are basking in the joy of what is to come, now. People praise God, because of Jesus and Salvation. An everlasting forgiveness of their sins and the knowledge of what they now hold; the touch of God, through Jesus, upon their lives.
They are content with all of life's up's and downs, for they know that they are walking in God's presence, trusting in Him for their daily directions and spiritual strength. Those who do not understand will make comments, but you hold fast to your own witness. You are a living example of Salvation and are able to share your experiences.
You are different in the way that you are God's child and Jesus is your brother. You are not different in the fact that temptation is constantly attacking you and that you could easily fall victim to mistakes. The difference lies in your beliefs and your faith to follow Jesus and the way you seek a life that is pleasing to God. With God's word, constant praise and worship you are prepared, focused and strong, ready to face life's issues with the Holy Spirit.
You are happy and at peace knowing that you are walking with Jesus. Your place in life has been made clear and your trust is in Jesus and God to always be there with you. His protection is obvious, His blessings are real and your tears are for thankfulness. And people see that change to you, in your actions and your new found energy.
Thank you Father for Jesus and life with You. The ever lasting Light that shines in us for others to see.😊

1 Corinthians chapter 15 verses 57 and 58.
"How we thank God for all of this! It is He who makes us victorious through Jesus Christ our Lord. So, since future victory is sure, be strong and steady, always abounding in the Lord's work, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever wasted as it would be if there were no resurrection."

Matthew chapter 16 verse 26.
"What profit is there if you gain the whole world---and lose eternal life? What can be compared with the value of eternal life?"

Luke chapter 9 verse 23.
Then Jesus said to all, "Anyone who wants to follow me must put aside his own desires and conveniences and carry his cross with him everyday and keep close to Me!"
