Our Temple.

Matthew chapter 21 verse 12.
Jesus went into the Temple, drove out the merchants, and knocked over the money-changers tables and the stalls of those selling doves.

What is it that occupies your thoughts and absorbs your energy? Is it wants and desires or confusion caused by aging and death?
At what point in your life do you get fed up with seeking help and failing time and time again at finding answers? You have tried being rich and ran into troubles with greed. You have tried marriage and ran into troubles with temptations. You have tried to be content but can't find peace. You are so busy that you feel exhausted and drained.
We don't treat ourselves very good. We drink too much alcohol, we search for love in the wrong places, we over eat and are consumed with the day to day survival, that never stops coming. Our health is affected and our thoughts are misdirected. All of who we are, becomes about ourselves and what is going to make 'me' happy. We still care for others and still love those who are closest to us, but it is easy to feel lonely and overwhelmed. If you never think ahead and try to take each day as it comes, then you will miss what could have been awesome.
There may come a time when you think maybe God, and what they say about His offer for a life of peace, could be worth looking into. You have decided to reach out to Jesus and seek God's help. What you find is a new way of thinking. a way that is no longer about you but about living a life that is pleasing to God and thankful for Jesus. You will see that all the years without God, have been lost years, filled with memories that you may or may not like.
You no longer have desires for living as you did before. Now you want to serve God with a joyful heart. Thankful that Jesus is your Savoir. All your worries about provision are encouraged through learning and the wisdom and direction that comes from God. You are amazed and thankful. You know that what is happening could only come from God. You find peace and contentment. And you are filled with love. Love for yourself and for others.
You can see clearly the difference of who you were before God touched you, with Jesus. The bible calls our bodies His temple and we are to treat it as such. For years it has been abused and mistreated. Now God is the center of your thoughts and the focus of your every moment. God sent Jesus into your life and He helped you find your way to life with God. Your old ways of living have been cleared out and replaced with the child like innocence of curiosity, love and joy.
The world you live in is still there, but now you have made the choice to accept God's love and to live with Jesus. And that choice has changed everything you have ever thought about. You live in gratitude and the joy of serving your heavenly Father. You live with Jesus wanting everyone to know what they too can have.
Thank you Father for Jesus and for knocking over our tables and upsetting our old ways of living. Thank you for healing and the joy of praise and worship to You. 😊

Matthew chapter 21 verses 14 and 15.
And now the blind and crippled came to Jesus and He healed them there in the Temple. But when the chief priests and other Jewish leaders saw these wonderful miracles, and heard even the little children in the Temple shouting, "God bless the Son of David," they were disturbed and indignant.

1 Corinthians chapter 6 verse 19 and 20.
"Do you not know that your bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought with at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

John chapter 14 verses 15 and 16.
"If you love Me, obey Me; and I will ask the Father and He will give you another Comforter, and He will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit, the Spirit who leads into all truth. The world at large cannot receive Him for it isn't looking for Him and doesn't recognize Him. But you do, for He lives with you now and some day shall be in you."
