Enough!

Ephesians chapter 4 verse 2.
"Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each others faults because of your love. Try always to be led along together by the Holy Spirit, and so be at peace with one another."

The above Scripture is very hard to live by. Attitudes and emotions cause havoc on everything.
When you lay down at night wanting to have a good nights sleep, because you are exhausted and worn down, and then you quickly find that you are restless and if you are lucky you may get only a little sleep. Then you try to start your day off right, but others are bombarding you with questions and accusations. Or maybe your child or children are not feeling well and are grumpy, being loud and looking to you for help.
You get out of the house, with a mind racing, filled with thoughts of what you just went through and could there ever be peace and quiet. You are thinking of the days tasks and the challenges it will bring. You wish you felt love and that relationships were always filled with happiness and not turmoil over bills or family.
Someone cuts you off and you show a little anger. You see someone driving with no care for the others around them. They are talking on their phone or looking into the mirror adjusting their makeup. They are reading the newspaper while driving or now a days maybe they are a sleep while the car drives itself. You wish you were a police officer and could enforce the law. Where are they when you see recklessness? Frustrated, you continue on...
You get to work and in the morning huddle you find out that you have been centered out to do a task,  just adding to your already busy work load. Maybe you make a mistake and have to face your peers, let alone talk with your boss. Maybe your outside life is affecting your work ethics and your team mates are letting you know that you should be focused.
Spoken words can easily turn something from good to bad quickly. Are you someone who can have patience and control? It is not easy with the world around us constantly continuing to be nagging and demanding. You can become overwhelmed and in the spur of a moment things can erupt.
Thank God there is Jesus. He has left us with the Holy Spirit and now we are not alone to deal with the world, but can rely upon the guidance, wisdom, patience and love of God. It is as simple as talking to Him and expecting an answer.
If it is that simple then why have you not found it before? Well you have not looked and have not believed that following after God would help. So, that leaves you with making a decision, as to trust in outside help or continue failing on your own? God's promises are real and you can find happiness!
A peaceful life can be had and an attitude of love will dominate your every moment. You will be thankful that you made the choice to reach out to God and found Jesus. There will be a smile on your face as you overcome frustration caused by troubles. What was will be gone, for you are a new and different person.
Thank you Father for Jesus and the deep breath of refreshment that can be had through trusting in You. 😊

Ephesians chapter 4 verses 31 and 32.
"Stop being mean, bad-tempered and angry. Quarreling and harsh words and dislike of others should have no place in your lives. Instead, be kind to each other, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, just as God has forgiven you because you belong to Christ."

2 Corinthians chapter 5 verses 16 and 17.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold; all things have become new."

James chapter 3 verse 17.
"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first pure and full of quiet gentleness. Then it is peace-loving and courteous. It allows discussion and is willing to yield to others; it is full of mercy and good deeds. It is wholehearted and straightforward and sincere."
