Comprehend

1 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 8.
"Jesus guarantees right up to the end that you will be counted free from all sin and guilt on that day when He returns."

Do you live your life holding close to God and His promises? Do you believe without a doubt that Jesus has not led you astray but keeps you focused on God and His love for you?
What happened at the cross is no less than a miracle. Something beyond our most craziest of thoughts. There was not just the crucifixion of a man on a cross, there was the death of Jesus Christ, God's Son, our Savior.
Now, how are you supposed to believe that? Well it is not something that you are to take lightly. It is for those who believe and are seeking a life with God. God is the one who opens the eyes of people to see Jesus, for whom He is.
Lets look at it this way. People enjoy the world and all it's beauty. They enjoy the stars and the universe, curious as to what is out there. But people have a hard time accepting that God created them. And they think of the Jesus as a story from a book. But that book is filled with the promise of a life with God and through Jesus everlasting hope and peace.
No matter where you live, God can be seen in the wondrous beauty of your surroundings. If you live in the busy city, then look at the people and the amazing gifts of creativity they have been given. Education, wisdom and joy for what they do. Don't look at the anger of people who are engulfed in their own sadness, but rather look at what God has created through people and you will see the happiness if many.
If you live outside the city, well there is not much that has to be said. You get to see the stars and the beauty of His forests, creeks and wildlife. Jesus is the best gift that God could have given to mankind. Through all the confusion of how to live properly and the frustration brought on by sickness and such short times available to our lives, God has made it possible to have peace and joy.
God is here and wants to see you. God wants you to know Jesus, so don't ignore Him, but embrace Him. You can keep on going about doing what you do everyday and deal with the good times and sad times as you see fit. Or you can come and have life with Jesus and experience all that God wants you to have.
Do you think that Jesus wanted to die a horrible death on the cross? No mortal man could have with stood the first round of beatings that He endured. Jesus is God's Son and He trusted God to be with Him no matter what He was facing. It is through Jesus that our sins have been forever forgiven. That is why Jesus suffered as He did. So that all people forever can have the opportunity to have life with God in the world that He created for them.
Your hardships and daily struggles are no different than the beatings Jesus endured. You are not made to suffer and be frustrated everyday, of your short lived life. No, Jesus wants you to know God and the life that you can have with Him.
All your worries about provision and having enough, all your worries about being alone and never having the happiness you desire, they can all be had by simply talking to Jesus and getting to know God. You will see His welcoming love surround you and you will be thankful. Your old ways will be gone and you will see for the first time what you had been missing. Amazed and filled with awe, your joy will explode into thanksgiving and daily gratitude.
Thank you Father for Jesus and our home with you. 😊
