Forever changed.

Ephesians chapter 3 verse 20.
"Glory be to God who by His mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of---infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts or hopes."

In the days of King David there was the understanding of the people that he was God's chosen king. It was the prophet Samuel that God used to express His wishes to the people. The people believed in what they saw and were told by the priests.
There was a lot of confusions and fear in those days. You were told to abide by the rules of the priests or you would feel the wrath of God upon you and your family. God did take care of King David and God proved Himself through the protection He provided for Israel. People feared God and showed Him the respect, He expected. But they never did have the close relationship with Him that we can have today.
It was Jesus that made the difference. I guess after all the years of never letting people come close to Him, God decided that forgiveness and love were the answer to having them see and know Him. It is through Jesus that God invites all people to come and have a life with Him. The all powerful and all mighty God wants a relationship with you.
By coming to Jesus, there is a joy that enters into your heart. It is the same love, for His Father, that Jesus showed and talked about to everyone. And we are all invited to have that same relationship now with God. There is no more sacrifices required in order to win God's favor. Jesus was the final sacrifice that any person will ever have to make to God. The curtain in the sanctuary was torn which cleared the way for people to know and understand God's plans for salvation.
The relationship with God begins with Jesus and the journey you take as you step away from your old habits and any bitterness that you may hold. God is your heavenly Father who wants you to count on Him for all your provisions and that creates in you a love that is far higher than you would have ever imagined.
Life with God is so different than anything you have ever experienced. You will be forever thankful and each day from now until the day you stand before Jesus Himself will be filled with love for God. It is that love you have that will be seen by others. It is God inside you that brings that needed wisdom, peace and love to everything you do. That is why you are thankful.
No more sacrifices to gain His favor, but an actual relationship where you talk with God and love to make Him happy. You are His child and He has called you home. It is how you live and what you do that God loves. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, for you are God's child whom lives with Jesus and is filled with the Holy Spirit.
Thank you Father for Jesus and our new life with You, free from doubt and confusion. 😊

Matthew chapter 27 verse 51.
"And look! The curtain secluding the Holiest Place in the Temple was split apart from top to bottom."

2 Samuel chapter 19 verse 10.
Meanwhile, there was much discussion and argument going on all across the nation: "Why aren't we talking about bringing the king back?" was the great topic everywhere. "For he saved us from our enemies, the Philistines; and Absalom, whom we made our king instead, chased him out of the country, but now Absalom is dead. Let's ask David to return and be our king again."

Hebrews chapter 10 verse 9.
Jesus then added, "Here I am . I have come to give My life." He cancels the first system in favor of a better one. Under this new plan we have been forgiven and made clean by Christ's dying for us once and for all."
