Refreshed and renewed!

2 Corinthians chapter 2 verses 7 and 8.
"Now is the time to forgive him and comfort him. Otherwise he may become so bitter and discouraged that he won't be able to recover. Please show him now that you still do love him very much."

Does the above Scripture describe how you are feeling about someone? Are you feeling hurt and disappointed? How long are you going to keep on harboring these feelings of sadness?
Maybe you are not happy with your life. Maybe you thought that there was going to be so much more. You feel uneasy and all you want to do is hide away from everyone, dealing with only those you want to and not facing those who care about you.
There is hope in the choices we make. If you choose to walk with Jesus, then you need to work hard at holding close to Him. That is found by reading God's word and by living in God's presence. It is done by talking to God through prayer and making the right choices. It is done by fighting off the evil thoughts and turning your back on Satin. It is a lifestyle that you have chosen and that God, has given you the privilege of living in.
But the choice we do make needs to be adhered to forever. Not just when we need Him or are sad for our actions or the words we have spoken. Jesus needs to be thought of all the time. Push out all other feelings of hatred and distrust. Your past is to be left behind and you are to walk in the glorious Light of Jesus.
It is that trust you gain in God that builds the relationship between you and Him. It is like being on the best drug ever where every moment you are thankful and happy. You will wonder why you have not had this peace before.
Life's issues and troubles, peoples attitudes and attacks on your happiness will seem handled with ease. God protects you and that amazes you, reassuring you that you are not alone. Jesus was always refreshed and filled with the needed wisdom to be successful in His day, after spending time with God, talking to Him.
Go to God in prayer and get to know Jesus. Your life will change and you won't let grudges and sadness be the wall that blocks you from shinning in the glory of God's forgiveness. You will be the one who has the right words to forgive and soften hardened hearts. Others will know you walk with Jesus and enjoy being around you.
Thank you Father for Jesus and our life filled with love and forgiveness, just as You have welcomed us into life with You. 😊
