Don't wait!

Mark chapter 5 verse 27.
"She had heard all about the wonderful miracles Jesus did, and that is why she came up behind Him through the crowd and touched His clothes."

At what age do you finally come to Jesus and ask for His help?
You have heard stories about God and Jesus, but are doubtful that someone who is known to be long dead can help you and your issues. Even when Jesus was alive, people doubted who He was, even though His miracles were like nothing ever seen before.
Yet there is that hope and maybe the possibility that what so many others are believing is true. They have experienced the touch of God upon their lives and they proclaim Jesus as His Son and that He is the way to come to a life with God. But that is not your life and you are not ready to call out to some unseen God when everyday you awake and get to enjoy all your toys and the wonderful places you get to go.
You get to enjoy the cottage and the boat. You get to feel the breeze and enjoy your grandchildren. Maybe you like to golf or go for motorcycle rides. Maybe you like casinos or taking out of country vacations. This world was made to enjoy. You work hard and weekends are so short. Your vacation time seems to come and go so quickly, they have to be made memorable, no matter what the costs involved are.
People you have worked with or knew throughout your life suddenly are no longer here. An illness or unforeseen accident has taken their life. You feel sad or even heart broken and you realize how precious life is. You need to make the best of the time you have, because there is no guarantee to how long you have here.
Maybe you have questions about a higher power that has an influence over our lives or maybe you just believe that you are alive and someday are going to die. So you continue on waking up each day, making plans hoping that all will turn out as you would like them to. You have your family and friends so why do I need to believe in Jesus?
Jesus is the hope for an after life and a life now with God and His promises. There is comfort and peace that comes with God's promises. God is asking you to come into His family, through knowing Jesus. And that changes everything!
You see the world for the first time as God's creation. You see Jesus and the joy that comes from His healing power. Your eyes have been opened and you see clearly your life ahead of you as you walk in the Light of Jesus. Now you really do get to feel the breeze on your face and are at peace with eternal life knowing that Jesus is with you. That God has blessed you with the Holy Spirit and you now understand what it means to be "Born again"
You still do all the things you have enjoyed before except now you are living in the presence of God. Your happiness, is the joy you have for each moment, and others get to experience your love for Jesus, which now becomes the open door for them to find their way to everlasting peace through you.
The best thing you can ever do is have God in your life now, do not wait and miss out on the wonderful, most amazing experiences you could ever imagine. There is way more to life than going through each day as you think it should be lived. The Holy Spirit will fill each day with a peace and love that you will never get enough of.
Thank you Father for Jesus and heaven now while we are young and filled with the energy to share    You. 😊
