Sure direction

1 Timothy chapter 6 verses 2 and 3.
"Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage all to obey them. Some may deny these things, but they are sound, wholesome teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and are the foundation for a Godly life."

There are 2 sides to everything. For example; 2 sides to a coin, 2 sides to a door, when we step through the door there are 2 directions in which we can choose to go. There are always 2 opinions and the choice to follow one of them.
   As we age it can seem that our minds are not working as good as they should be. Have you ever found yourself standing someplace and knowing you came there for something but that it has slipped from your thoughts. So, you stand there searching your thoughts, when suddenly your remember. "Oh, yes the...."
   Maybe you have listened to others believing that they are right in what they are saying, only to find that it wasn't for you. Maybe you are following your own inclinations believing that you know what is best, only to find out that you missed something important.
   These examples are normal everyday living. We are not perfect in the decisions that we make, but we are capable of seeing the mistakes and choosing another direction. God wants that direction to be following after Him and trusting in His guidance.
   Jesus taught things that the people of the time found hard to accept. They liked following the leaders of the time. They believed in what the leaders were teaching them, even if it had been twisted to make the leaders seem powerful and wise. The people could not accept Jesus and what He was teaching, even when He preformed unexplainable miracles.
   The people were given a choice, the same choice which is available today. God has never faltered or change His mind. Jesus made it clear, that by following after Him all truths would be known and then peace could be had. And when we are content and at peace then we are happy and filled with awesome joy.
   Make the right choice to listen to Jesus. Read the bible and let God become the your heavenly Father. He will guide you and protect you. He will provide all the things that you have ever wanted. You will be thankful and filled with praise. We are not perfect, far from it, but now you know God and love Jesus and can trust the Holy Spirit. So, you talk with Him about everything. You walk with Him everywhere and know for sure the direction you are following now and forever.
   Thank you Father for Jesus and for showing us the direction to follow so that we are no longer lost to our own decisions. 😊

Daniel chapter 3 verses 16 and 17.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not worried about what will happen to us. If we are thrown into the flaming furnace, our God is able to deliver us; and He will deliver us out of your hand."

Psalms chapter 37 verse 23.
" The steps of good men are directed by the Lord. He delights in each step they take. If they fall it isn't fatal, for the Lord holds them with His hand."

Psalms chapter 34 verses 9 and 10.
"If you belong to the Lord, reverence Him; for everyone who does this has everything he needs. Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who reverence the Lord will never lack any good thing."
