Opened eyes

Numbers chapter 22 verse 31.
Then the Lord opened Balaam's eyes and he saw the angel standing in the road way with drawn sword, and he fell flat on the ground before him.

Each day we go about doing our business and it is what we do in that day, that we adjust our thoughts and actions too.
   When it is a birthday party it is usually a happy time and everyone enjoys themselves. There are only happy thoughts and good conversations. When you have an argument with someone then you are caught up in the heat of the moment and lots of stuff can be blurted out that latter on you may regret. Our thoughts seem to focus on what holds out interests.
   The joy of living with God and knowing Jesus is that we are living life with them. We have had our eyes opened, so to speak. We see the beauty of God's creations and know the privilege of sharing in what we see. It is by faith that we are granted to have His grace. Are you able to understand that? If so, then you have stepped free from not knowing God and into a life with Him.
   Life with God is a choice. You can stay in a life where you do not have God and do not know Jesus. Where each day is left up to your own guidance and rests on the decisions you make. Having life with God means that you are talking to Him and believing that He is real. You believe that Jesus is His Son and that Jesus came to earth from heaven so that we would know God's plan of Salvation.
   God's plan is for us to live with Him now. He wants to bless us and have our hearts and thoughts so filled with thanksgiving and love that we can not contain our new found life. He wants us to begin our day with Him. He wants us to trust in Him for all decisions, and to know that it is because of His love through Jesus that we are happy and at peace.
   I wish I had known what a wonderful life I could have with Jesus long ago, but I did not. I was blind but now I see. And what a joy my life has become. The world around us and the life God wants us to have with Him are nothing like how we have lived up to now. Once you ask God to show you Jesus, then your life will forever change.

Proverbs chapter 17 verse 22.
"A cheerful heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit makes one sick."

Ephesians chapter 5 verses 8 and 9.
"For though once your heart was full of darkness, now it is full of light from the Lord, and your behavior should show it! Because of this light within you, you should do only what is good and right and true."

Proverbs chapter 3 verses 20-22.
"Follow the steps of the godly instead, and stay on the right path, for only good men enjoy life to the full; evil men lose the good things they might have had, and they themselves shall be destroyed."
