Good Intentions.

1 Chronicles chapter 28 verse 9.
Solomon My son, get to know the God of your fathers. Worship and serve Him with a clean heart and a willing mind, for the Lord see's every heart and understands and knows every thought. If you seek Him, you will find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will permanently throw you aside."

God has made this same offer to all people through His Son, Jesus. It is not an offer to be taken lightly. It is a life changing offer that, if accepted, will be everlasting peace and a joy beyond what our thoughts can imagine.
To many people do not believe that such an offer can exists or many people try to follow after Jesus but end up failing because they find temptations, too easy to give into. It takes a lot of trust and willful want to make such drastic changes to ones life. It sounds very scary, but really it is not.
Most people live good lives now, helping others everyday and reacting in kindness and love. They find it easier to live peacefully and get along rather than argue and create turmoil for themselves and others. But that still leaves them empty because they are trying so hard to please themselves and others, leaving them feeling a constant drain. Always thinking and worrying about how to please everyone.
They have good intentions. God does not want us to struggle at all. Through Jesus, God has shown us the way to having a life where we are trusting in Him to provide for our every need and to protect us from harm. God is the creator of the world that is around you, all the stars, the sky, and the earth with all it's beauty. So if God, who is all powerful and almighty, is making such an amazing offer to you then, why would you not want to accept it?
That is the choice which you have to choose from. Follow after your own ways and accepting the outcomes as they come, or choose to follow after Jesus and get to know how loving God really is and how happy He is that you have come to Him. God loves people and He loves that they love Him. God blesses those who come to Him through Jesus and are welcomed into His family.
Once your heart has been touched by Jesus, God will fill you with His Holy Spirit and you will forever know an unlimited joy and peace. That is what you will not be able to contain. Your joy for the love of Jesus will flow from you, seen by the love you have for serving God and people, heard in the words you speak and the joy that others are receiving from you.
Thank you Father for Jesus and the explosion of love that bursts forward from life with You. 😊

Psalms chapter 34 verses 1-3.
"I will praise the Lord no matter what happens. I will constantly speak of His glories and grace. I will boast of all His kindness to me. Let all who are discouraged take heart. Let us praise the Lord together, and exalt His name."

Proverbs chapter 26 verses 13 and 14.
"The lazy man won't go out and work. There might be a lion outside!" he says.
He sticks to his bed like a door to it's hinges! He is too tired even to lift his food from his dish to his mouth! Yet in his own opinion he is smarter than seven wise men."

Isaiah chapter 26 verse 19.
"Yet we have this assurance: Those who belong to God shall live again. Their bodies shall rise again! Those who dwell in the dust shall awake and sing for joy! For God's light of life will fall like dew upon them!"
