Ashamed?

1 John chapter 4 verses 9 and 10.
"God showed how much He loved us by sending His only Son into this wicked world to bring us eternal life through His death. In this act we see what real love is: it is not our love for God, but His love for us when He sent His Son to satisfy God's anger against our sins."

Jesus is true love. He freely excepted God's plan for the Salvation of people. God has always got frustrated with people. How can you love something when your mind is wandering? Never focused on the subject in front of you, but on multiple subjects at one time.
That sounds exhausting, but it is true. And that is what draws people away from fully knowing and understanding the sacrifice that God gave through His Son Jesus. To those, who do believe that Jesus is God's Son and that it is through His death, that people can be spared from God's anger, then they have God living in them and they are living with God. They are not ashamed or embarrassed to talk about Jesus, hoping that others will come to see and understand the wonderful love of God.
If someone is talking to you and if what they are talking about is holding your interest, then you are not easily distracted by the things going on around you or the stuff you need to get done. It is not easy to keep focused unless you are getting something out of it. We can easily trust the directions that we lay out to deliver us to our destination, for we know that they are going to true. So why is it so hard to trust in God?
One reason is humans believe what they can touch and see. The problem with that is the hit and miss of honesty. God is no fantasy. He is real and to those who have felt His touch upon their lives they are confident with how they live and that the direction they are following will deliver them to Jesus and eternal life.
People are jealous of what others have. It is hard to be satisfied and at peace when you are always wanting to get something better. God is jealous also, that you are not loving Him as you should be. When you are trusting in Him, then He will see to it that you are not wanting other peoples stuff but are content with what you have. He reminds us to shy away from the temptations that will distract our focus from Him.
God loves us which ends with us loving Him. And there will be no other place that you want to be but living in God's presence and all because Jesus came and showed us the way home.
Thank you Father for Jesus and holding our total interest with you wonderful love. 😊

1 John chapter 4 verse 17.
"As we live with Christ, our love grows more perfect and complete; so we will not be ashamed and embarrassed at the day of judgement, but can face Him with confidence and joy, because He loves us and we love Him too."

2 Timothy chapter 2 verse 25.
" Be humble when you are trying to teach those who are mixed up concerning the truth. For if you talk meekly and courteously to them they are more likely, with God's help, to turn away from their wrong ideas and believe what is true."

Ephesians chapter 2 verses 8 and 9.
"For it is by grace that we are saved through faith and not that of yourselves. It is a gift of God and not of work, lest we boast."
