Be refreshed.

Philippians chapter 2 verses 5-9.
"Your attitude should be the kind that was shown us by Jesus Christ, who though He was God, did not demand and cling to His rights as God, but laid aside His mighty power and glory, taking the disguise of a slave and becoming like men. And He humbled Himself even further, going so far as actually to die a criminal's death on a cross."
"Yet it was because of this that God raised Him up to the heights of heaven and gave Him a name which is above every other name, that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Praise the Lord. God has blessed us with such a wonderful gift. The gift of living with Him, blessed with the love of Jesus and a life with His Holy Spirit.
Do you look forward to Friday nights when the work week has ended and you get the weekend off? Is Friday night, your night, to go out to the local pub and have a few drinks with your friends? Hopefully you don't have to many and end up staying up to the wee hours of the morning and then sleeping your Saturday away.
Maybe Friday night is spent at home with your family and Saturdays are used for the kids extra curricular activities and housework. On Sunday you get the lawn cut, maybe take in a ball game with your children or go for a picnic. Boating is always fun and there is nothing like the Sunday evening dinner. It could be a barbecue or a comfort food dinner. No matter how you spend your weekend, it is your time and you are enjoying it the way you want to.
Weekends are way to short, before we know it they are gone and we are back to work. Now you are looking forward to the next couple of days off. Long weekends give us the extra day to go visiting or catch up on some needed rest. Vacations have to be planned so you don't waste a moment of your time off. You don't want them too busy, that way you can have some time to enjoy yourself. You create memories as time goes by and have stories to talk about. Age creeps up quickly and before we know it 30,40 or even 50 years have gone by.
Are you happy? Are you content and see each day as a blessing? Or are you sad, that time has gone and your children have grown and that your aches and pains are increasing? God has given Jesus to us, to help us see that a life with Him brings peace and joy. I was 40 years old when I accepted God into my life and called upon Jesus to walk with me. I don't want to say that I regret my past, because there are a lot of great memories from there, but I do want to say that I wish I had met Jesus earlier in my life.
A life with God is like the best thing that your mind can think of and that you totally enjoy having. Your time is not about you any longer, but about living it with God who wants you to have nothing but the best of time, so that way you are giving Him the glory and thanks from the love you feel for Him.
Your family enjoys Him, and your friends enjoy who you are. You get your proper rest and feel refreshed ready to see God work through you. Aches and pains come with aging bodies, but by having your thoughts on Jesus you may say the right words that someone needs to hear or you will see God's blessing on what your doing and those pains won't be so bad to live with.
Living with God is living in the Light of Jesus. A place that you will take with you everywhere and never want to leave. You are always thankful and grateful to God for His love and others see Him in you.
Who knows maybe you can bring Jesus to someone's life so that they too do not miss out on a moment with Him.
Thank you Father for Jesus and the joy of life with you everyday. 😊

Psalms chapter 103 verses 13-16.
"He is like a father to us, tender and sympathetic to those who reverence Him. For He knows we are but dust, and that our days are few and brief, like grass, like flowers, blown by the wind and gone forever."

2 Samuel chapter 23 verses 2-5.
The Spirit of the Lord spoke to me, and His word was on my tongue. The Rock of Israel said to me; "One shall come who rules righteously, who rules in the fear of God. He shall be as the light of the morning; a cloudless sunrise when the tender grass springs forth upon the earth; as sunshine after rain."

John chapter 8 verse 12.
Jesus said to the people, "I am the Light of the world. So if you follow Me, you won't be stumbling through the darkness, for living light will flood your path."
