A thought

1 Corinthians chapter 13 verse 12.
"Now all that I know is hazy and blurred, but then I will see everything clearly, just as clearly as God sees into my heart right now."

I was reading about faith this morning and how even the smallest amount of faith is enough. It is our thoughts of hope that what God promises is real.
When you have come to the point of being fed up with how your life is and the never ending circle of day in day out living. And think there must be something more to my life than this. That is when you need to think about God.
Maybe in the quietness of a room, tucked away from other people, you speak out. Maybe you chuckle thinking what am I doing? But you know that you have come here for a reason and so you let go of your pride and inhibitions and you talk to God. You tell Him, that you need to understand and that nothing else, is making sense. You vent your confusion and ask for his help.
Nothing happened. You come out of there still the same person, with the same issues. But did nothing happen? You think, now I have to wait and see if God heard my words, testing Him with even the smallest amount of trust.
You can't help but notice how bright everything seems to look. Nothing has changed, but you feel like a load has been lifted from your shoulders. You decide that no matter what happens you are going to face it with small steps and hope for better days to come.
You become thankful and you notice you feel refreshed. Your life has not changed in anyway, all you did was talk to God. Something has happened, maybe there is truth, in coming to God with our issues. Maybe all we had to do was ask and believe that maybe He can help us.
Time is an amazing thing and God uses it to heal us and to let us see, that it is because we came to Him, that the changes have happened. Maybe something spectacular happens, that you did not see coming, that has a large impact on your life. For example; the changes to your life that you need to see happen. And you realize that there is no other way this could have happened except by believing that God is real and He heard your prayers.
You go again to a quiet place, where there is no one else around and you open up your feelings to God. You are no longer calling out to Him in anguish and despair but are thanking Him for the impact He is having on your life. Something has changed and it is Jesus, who has taken hold of you and has shown you that God loves you and cares about you.
Thank you Father for Jesus and for hearing our doubtful prayer to you for help. You took the smallest bit of faith and turned it into a lifetime of love. 😊

Hebrews chapter 12 verses 12 and 13.
"So take a new grip with your tired hands, stand firm on your shaky legs, and mark out a straight, smooth path for your feet so that those who follow you, though weak and lame, will not fall and hurt themselves, but become strong."

Hebrews chapter 11 verses 15 and 16.
"If they had wanted to, they could have gone back to the good things of this world. But they did not want to. They are living for heaven. and now God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has made a heavenly city for them."

Matthew chapter 17 verse 20.
"Because of your little faith," Jesus told them. "For if you had faith even as small as a tiny mustard seed you could say to this mountain, 'Move!' and it would go far away. Nothing would be impossible."
