Glory

1 Chronicles chapter 29 verse 15.
'For we are here for but a moment, strangers in the land as our fathers were before us; our days on earth are like a shadow, gone so soon, without a trace."

What do you get enjoyment out of? Is it the bling of the world or is it inner peace with your emotions?
It is not easy going through each day facing the hurdles of the unknown. We try to plan the best we can, yet with every step we take there is always something new that we have to adjust our lives for. Most of our actions are controlled from experience and the foresight of what is about to happen.
Going to work and doing the best we can to get along and fit in, are all the necessary parts of life needed to survive. It is our attitude that brings, how we feel each day and what others have to experience in interactions with us.
So, how do you get and hold onto a pleasant, joy filled, at peace attitude daily? It is not easy with the attitudes of others causing you to start off your day on the wrong foot. Maybe right from the moment a family member spoke to you first thing, before you were even awake, asking to many questions and looking to you to supply the needed results. Then, noticing that you did not get your triple, triple coffee from the drive thru until after you had left.
The day is not starting out so well, eh? You get to work and discover that what you had worked so hard to achieve was not getting the recognition that you wanted. Oh, the stress and pressure of helping others!
Now, with the way you are feeling, you may turn to someone whom you care deeply about or even someone you do not know that well and blurt out in frustration hurtful words. No matter how hard you try to get your day back on track it is draining and wears you down. It is peace and rest that you need, to help deal with the the confusion of the day. Maybe a nice relaxing drink or two of alcohol or maybe hazing it out with drugs.
Your family has not gone away, they are still wanting your help and guidance. You get through the needed dinner and extra activities of hockey or night time schooling. The day is over and you hope for a better day tomorrow. Falling asleep on the couch and being woken up and told to go to bed finding you slept wrong and have a kinked neck. Take a deep breath and move along!
Many people will find short lived peace in having stuff, shopping or casinos. They get to involve family and friends in trailer vacations or boat outings, thinking that this is the way to get the rest they need before work days come again.
Hold on! It is not that easy to pack everything up that is needed. Is all your equipment well serviced so that there are no unforeseen mishaps encountered? Shopping and casinos spend our hard earned money and can leave a person worse off than before.
God has always offered relief to those who want to let go of struggling so hard to maintain a peaceful life. God keeps it simple. Believe in Jesus and let Jesus bring you into a life where you will be thankful to God for His love upon your life.
Will attitudes go away? No, but the joy you are feeling from trusting in God and the confidence gained from knowing He is with you, helps you have the right words to speak and the peaceful attitude needed to deal with any of life's issues.
He is your Father, who is right there with you always. Your thoughts are on Him and how to let others see the Light of Jesus, that they can have too. It is no longer about what we want, but how to be doing the things that can bring honor and glory to God. God promises to give you knowledge and wisdom to succeed so that way you are free from the burdens of everyday life and ready to share your thankfulness stories with others.
Thank-you Father for life with you where we are no longer struggling to find the needed peace in our own ways. Thank you for Jesus and a life of praise and worship to You.😊

"Fear not, my people; be glad now and rejoice, for He has done amazing things for you."

Matthew chapter 6 verses 19-21.
"Don't store up treasures here on earth where they can erode away or may be stolen. Store them in heaven where they will never lose their value and are safe from thieves. If your profits are in heaven your heart will be there too.

"For everything comes from God alone. Everything lives by His power, and everything is for His glory. To Him be glory evermore.
