New Beginning

2 Peter chapter 3 verse 18.
"Grow in spiritual strength and become better acquainted with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."

God is a joy to be around. He is addictive. He is family. You're relationship with Him will be stronger and more focused than that of the closest person to you. Maybe you have children or a spouse, who you love and care for very deeply. Maybe your mom or dad are the closest to you. Our lives are interwoven with others who we become attached too and grow to have feelings for. God wants all people to know that He is there for them. He is not a president or a king, He is not a food bank or a charity. He is God. The creator of all the earth and is the one who breathes life into our bodies. It is Him who wants us to see Him as our Father, The one who cares so much for us that, He himself came and called for us to return to Him through Jesus. It is easy to over look Him and go about our daily living without even acknowledging that He exists. The bible talks of His existence and all around us is the world filled with the beauty of His creations. There are many believers who tell of how God touched their lives through Jesus and there are those who study in depth the life of Jesus and the meaning of His life. Just as there are as many followers of Christ, there are also the scientific reasons for the earth and maybe even the evolution of humans. There are also those who have no interest in the scientific reasons or the faith based reasons and believe in what is there right now in front of them is what their lives are all about. God is not pushing Himself onto us saying we need to believe in Him. He is saying I am here and I miss you and want you to come and live with me, so that I can take care of you. It is through living with Him that He can guide and direct you with the love He has had for you all along. No matter how you look at life, God is the Father who love you and wants to know your love for Him. Blindly you can continue to try and justify why things are as they are or you can give yourself peace of mind in knowing that all your struggles can be brought to the one who loves you and wants to take care of you. It is as simple as saying Father I no longer want to be alone but I want to know You and Your son Jesus. I want to live in Your presence, trusting in Your promises to take care of me.
Thank-you Father for the joy that You bring to all people. 😊
