Why!!

Ephesians chapter 1 verse 4.
"Long ago, even before He made the world, God chose us to be His very own, through what Christ would do for us, He decided then to make us holy in His eyes, without a single fault---we who stand before Him covered in His love."

It brings you to your knees to be loved so much. To have someone care so much for you. I read today about Job and all the things he went on about. Job was just a normal everyday guy with such a wonderful family and a life of peace where He kept to himself and was happy in the community that surrounded him. All that changed dramatically over a short period of time causing him to have a lot of questions and anger. He lost his family and all he knew fell to pieces. People abandoned him and wondered what would cause such terrible infliction's. Does any of that sound familiar? The way things happen around us affects how we think and feel. In fact you probably have feelings for Job and all he went through. Who should we blame for our own misfortunes? Who will listen to us when we need to vent and let our feelings be heard? God will! In fact with Job, God looked at Him as said in chapter 40 verse 1 "Do you still want to argue with the Almighty? or will you yield? Do you----God's critic---have the answers?" There may be horrible things that we are dealing with and it may seem like there is no one but yourself to deal with the issues. Well just like Job found out rather quickly, we are not alone. God asked him "Have you ever told the daylight to spread to the ends of the earth, to end the nights wickedness?" or "Who gives intuition and instinct? God was concerned for Job and knew that his focus was not on the amazing miracles of the world but on his issues at hand. God wants us to know that He cares and loves us. So much that He sent Jesus to help us find our way through the darkness that block us from knowing God's love. Job wanted to find answers for why he was feeling the way he was. Such devastation had happened to him, he demanded answers. All God wanted was for him to stop blaming and see that He cares. The issues that life can bring may seem overwhelming but if you seek after God and get to know Jesus then your heart will find the answers and your thoughts will be rested with peace. You will see clearly Jesus with open arms ready to hold you close and provide you with the love you need.
Thank-you Father for each day and for Your wonderful love. 😊
