If you have

Isaiah chapter 43 verse 19.
"For I am going to do a brand new thing. See I have already begun! Don't you see it? I will make a road through the wilderness of the world for my people to go home and create rivers for them in the desert."

Wow! People thousands of years ago were told about Jesus. Yet they still do what they do. I am glad that I know the complete story of Jesus and God's loving tender heart for all people. You see years ago just as it is today, God did care about who you are and the way you live your life. He made a blanket statement that is for everyone. In the verse above He said "I am making a road through the wilderness of the world so that people can find their way home." God is home and He wants us to come live with Him. God sent Jesus to guide us down that road and to supply us with the needed refreshment along the way. Jesus uses the truth about God and His love for people to show them how God has always been there for people and always will be. If God says He is going to do something than He will and we know the story of Jesus and now we can be excited about our future. If you have come to see that each day is not just another day but is a journey on that road with Jesus making our way home than how exciting each day must be for you. When we travel down roads, we meet people with the same purpose as us travelling the same road and have great conversation about where we are headed. We also see people who are curious about where everyone is going and that too can lead to even more exciting conversations for now you get to talk about who you are walking with and where He is leading you. Each day does not have to be just another day. We may go to the same job or live in the same house or even have the same people around us but if you are walking on the road with Jesus then you will give thanks each day for the joy of walking with Him. You will thank God for helping us to find the road He has built and for the refreshment along the way. I like to read the stories of the bible and talk about them with others so that I see how they too took the same journey I am on and how they were refreshed by Jesus.
Enjoy your journey wherever the roads of life take you. Just know that at one point or another you will come to the fork in the road and maybe you will decide to go along with the others who are following Jesus.
Thank-you Father for your plan so many years ago and for Jesus who is our way home. 😊

Ephesians chapter 4 verses 21 and 22.
"If you have really heard His voice and learned from Him the truth concerning Himself, the throw off your old evil nature---the old you that was a partner in your evil ways---rotten through and through, full of lust and sham."

Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 11.
" For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
