Prayers

John chapter 3 verse 20-21.
"They stayed away from that Light for fear their sins would be exposed and they would be punished. But those doing right come gladly to the Light to let everyone see that they are doing what God wants them to do." (The Light is Jesus)

Do you pray? For yourself and for others? It is ok to talk with God about how we feel and the things that fill our thoughts. He gives us the strength and help we need to clear our thoughts so that we can love Him and thank Him for being there for us. It is His joy in our hearts that brings peace to us.

Our own love and compassion can only go so far. We have to face reality and accept that we are living breathing human beings and bad things are going to happen and that we cannot control how our lives are going to turn out. Let's take death, sickness and relationships, all of these make up the stories of our lives and can shape how we think and feel. It is so wonderful to know that hope and peace can be found in God. Whether people go to a church or to hear a good speaker, people are attracted to the hope of healing and finding the answers to living peacefully. Isaiah chapter 40 verse 29 says "God give's power to the tired and worn and strength to the weak." We are to support and encourage each other in the word of God. When that happens our voices unite in the joy of God touching our lives. Jesus shared God and did miraculous things bringing glory and honor to Him. Jesus encouraged people to be filled with the love God is giving and to share the joy they are experiencing. The things in life that make us sad will always be there but we are not to live life alone, we are to see God is with us. Through Jesus we can be alive in God's love. Talk with God and tell Him your burdens and then watch as God's love fills you with exactly what is needed. Thank Him for His blessings, pray for others and their needs also. His love will help you and bring the right words needed to encourage.
Thank-you Father for Jesus and life with you. 😊

Philippians chapter 4 verses 6 and 7
"Don't worry about anything, instead, pray about everything, tell God your needs and do not forget to thank Him for His answers. If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus."

Matthew chapter 18 verse 20.
"Where two or three gather together because they are mine, I will be right there among them."

Galatians chapter 6 verse 2.
" If a christian is overcome by some sin, you who are Godly should gently and humbly help them back onto the right path, remembering that next time it might be one of you who is in the wrong. Share each others troubles and problems and so obey our Lord's command."

2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new."
