Joyful Praise

Romans chapter 8 verses 26-30.
" And in the same way--- by our faith--- the Holy Spirit helps us with our daily problems and in our praying. For we do not even know what we should pray for, nor how to pray as we should, but the Holy Spirit prays for us with such feeling that it cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows, of course, what the Holy Spirit is saying as He pleads for us in harmony with God's own will. And we know that all that happens to us is working for our good if we love God and are fitting into His plans. For from the very beginning God decided that those who came to Him--- and all along He knew who would--- should become like His son, so that His Son would be the First, with many brothers. And having chosen us, he called us to come to Him and when we came, He declared us "not guilty", filled us with Christ's goodness, gave us right standing with Himself and promised us His glory."

Have you ever had that tingly feeling like something good has just happened? I have felt that when praying to God. It was like I was standing before God speaking and telling Him my prayers of thanksgiving when there before me, was this person jumping up and down with such excitement. I could not make out who it was but they sure were excited as they pointed to me and then to God. I know now that it was the Holy Spirit and what a joy it brought to my heart to know that God loves me and wants to listen to me.

How much noise do we have to make when expressing our joy for God and the love we have for His Son? It has taken me a lot of years to understand how wonderful the feeling of complete joy is. It is not that feeling that is here for a moment and then gone, it is an eternal happiness of love for God and Jesus. It is the Holy Spirit, taking hold of all you do and bringing exalted glory to God. It is seeing the results of living in God's presence. Joy is the love for Jesus that causes us hang onto every word He spoke and every miracle He does. We may pray to God with thankfulness and requests but it is the Holy Spirit who presents our words to God, with the feelings of love that we have for Him. The bible states in Romans chapter 8 that when the Holy Spirit prays for us it is with such feeling that it cannot be expressed in words. The more time you spend in wanting to know God and the life of Jesus then more you read His word and trust in Him then the more you see the results of His presence in your life. You will not be able to contain the feeling of love you have, the joy you have, the peace you feel. There will be a happiness that praises Him with every kind word spoken, with every controlled thought you have and with every song you hear. You will stop in your tracks, lift up your arms and say thank you. You do not have to shout out unless you want to. He hears your words, He see's your tears, He knows your love for Him. You are no longer alone but see God as your Father and you love the world that He created. You love His Son and now belong to His family. Everyday is a celebration filled with the joy of being home with God. Jesus fills our hearts with God's love and the Holy Spirit fills our hearts with joy, praise and song.
Let Jesus bring God to your life. It is an experience never felt before that you will never want to leave. 😊

John chapter 15 verse 16.
"You did not choose me! I chose you! I appointed you to go and produce lovely fruit always, so that no matter what you ask from the Father, using my name, He will give it to you."

Psalm chapter 62 verses 1 and 2.
"I stand silently before the Lord, waiting for Him to rescue me. For salvation comes from Him alone. Yes, He alone is my rock, my rescuer, defense and fortress. Why then should I be tense with fear when troubles come?
