Rest in Life with God.

Psalms chapter 127 verse 2.
"It is senseless for you to work so hard from early morning until late at night, fearing you will starve to death; for God wants His loved ones to get their proper rest."

Having the proper rest refreshes the body, healing the tired aching muscles helping us to be prepared for another day of work. When a cold or flu comes on us it to can drain our bodies and it is through rest that our bodies can heal.
Having a clear mind is also a result of getting our proper rest making us alert to dangers and leaving us open to use the stored away information of experience. Tasks are not easy and require us to think before doing, otherwise we could be setting ourselves up for failure. And too many mistakes are not tolerated by those who are entrusting you to get a job done correctly and in a timely matter.
There is also our own conscience that makes us feel remorse and guilt creating frustration and even anger. You may continue to stumble and even makes things worse by trying so hard to correct ever building issues. Your joy for success is pushed further and further away, and you may say things in the heat of the moment that you regret, and others take notice of.
Getting our proper rest, which is not clouded by alcohol or drugs that can cause us to be groggy when we awake, is important to all aspects of who we are and how we preform. Wow, that is a tall order to be filled and all because we have to obey our own bodies and adhere to the rule of getting our proper sleep.
God says that we should feel at peace all the time, that way we are healthy and prepared to tell others about Jesus and the wonderful blessing He gives to us. Getting our proper rest and living a right life is not rocket science. If you come to Jesus and let Him take you into a life with God than you will be filled with all that is needed to give you the peace you seek.
God wants us to be rested and prepared with a life that is not concerned with worrying about what is going to come next. That is why the Holy Spirit is with us. He is there to be that small voice that leads you in the wisdom to be successful so that you are prepared to share Jesus.
Life will not always be perfect for we are not perfect. We struggle everyday with wanting to follow after what we think is right and that has led us to doing the wrong things in the past. God makes us aware of the dangers of following the wrong paths. One way is with patience.
Instead of just heading into something quickly thinking you know what you are doing. You stop and ask God to guide you through His Holy Spirit. And after a while of giving Him the thanks and the glory for your success, you start to feel His promptings before you make a mistake.
What happens is life with God becomes the normal place for you to be. As His child looking to Him for help and being so thankful and filled with love. It is where you have been belong and intend to be forever. Your work becomes joy for pleasing God and having a focus on Him, always in all you do.
Thank you Father for a restful life where you are the joy in our hearts. Thank you for Jesus.😊
